I go by the name eidetic, I’m from South Florida but I moved out to Los Angeles within the last 3 months. I love it here and the influences have been nothing short of amazing. This song is a sort of ‘goodbye’ track to the old me, but not in a cliche way… more of a new artist direction, as before when I rapped it would sort of be this broken record with the same message and now I believe I see where I’m supposed to go, as I’ve been in depression the last year or two. The song is a sort of light at the end of the tunnel and me walking away from the old stuff I was constantly rapping about. – @eideticism
